NMC AppsStayplan Terms of Use
By installing or using Stayplan: Schengen 90/180 you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates only, not legal advice
Stayplan calculates days of stay from the dates you enter and gives estimates for information only. It is not legal or immigration advice. Rules and their application can change, and border officers make the final decision. You are responsible for checking your situation with official sources, such as the EU short-stay calculator, and with the border authorities.
2. No liability for travel outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for entry refusals, fines, detention, overstays, missed travel or any other loss that results from relying on the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Errors in the dates you enter will produce wrong results.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription, with prices shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app in addition to these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it unlawfully.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
